Mini Taster Workshop - Needle Felted Sheep at Heckington Show (Craft Marquee) Sat 27th July 10.30-11 am
Come and try your hand at the therapeutic craft of needle felting with us at Heckington Show! You will make and take your own needle felted Lincoln Longwool Sheep, no previous experience required! You will be taught how to needle felt and make and take a cute little sheep with a kit containing a felting needle, pad and all materials to make another at home! You can turn your sheep into a brooch, sew it on a cushion, frame it, etc! We will be running this workshop at 10.30am and 1.30pm on both days of the show and also a needle felted poppy workshop at 11am and 2pm on both days. We will try and fit people in at other timesthroughout the day but the only way to guarantee a place is by booking your space beforehand. NUMBERS LIMITED -BOOKING HIGHLY ADVISABLE.
There will also be supplies, tools and kits for you to buy on the day.
You will find us in the Craft Marquee in the right hand corner as you enter; we will have a bunting banner reading 'All Sewn Up' and another saying 'Workshops'
SLOW STITCHING Debs will also be running these mindful stitching sessions at 12pm and 3pm on both days. Please message me or Debs to book.
PLEASE NOTE felting needles are extremely sharp. You will be provided with leather finger protectors and will be advised how to felt safely; however accidents can happen and on booking this workshop you are agreeing to take full responsibility for any self inflicted needle injuries.
